So, if the basics, such as a jacket or a duster coat, are not enough for you, this year’s trends in coats will give you the solution you need.

According to what we saw on the Winter 2023 runways, there are some styles that stand out more than others. Jackets and overcoats are either again in the “target” of designers, but also classics that receive a more modernized look. So, below, the 4 coats that will be worn the most this fall.

Anything you can wear over your favorite summer or knit dress, over any fall look, then it’s a fantastic choice whether it’s classic or not.

Leather trench

A fantastic alternative to the classic trench coat, is the leather one. The weather may not be “ready” for puffer jackets and thick coats yet, but it is perfect for autumn coats. These coats, which have the perfect balance between a “heavy” and “light” jacket. And while, there are various such coats that are a must for the fall months of the year and that we wear every such season, today, I suggest you something different: fall coats that may not have the timelessness of a leather jacket or a trench coat, but they do. something unique in terms of their design or color.

It can be their details a fur collar for example or have an impressive logo or print. That is, it can be classic designs with a more exciting color or print. Of course, there are also the interesting variations of the autumn classics, with which you can experiment. It can be a trench coat with pleated elements or have an asymmetrical cut, rips, etc. In any case, the most fun options in autumn coats can be as bold or classic as you want.
